Reshara Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Reshara, we’re dedicated to giving you products that make grooming smooth, safe, and irritation-free. We stand by the quality of what we create and recommend using your Reshara product for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@reshara.com.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processing and cannot be modified. If canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love your Reshara product. Try it for at least 14 days to experience its benefits. If you’re still unhappy, you can return it anytime between day 14 and day 60 under our guarantee. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
To start a return, fill out our Contact Us form or email support@reshara.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place your order to help us process your return quickly.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) where the product is intact is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@reshara.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
