At Reshara, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak periods and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. The exact timeframe depends on your location and local carrier services. Typical estimates are:

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 5–10 business days

  • 🌏 International Orders: 7–20 business days (customs may add delays)

Please note: Carriers may experience occasional delays beyond our control, especially during busy seasons or due to customs processing for international shipments.


Order Changes and Accurate Details

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or cancellations. If our system detects an address issue, our team will email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If no response is received, we may cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email support@reshara.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make updates but cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.


Delayed Delivery

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and strive to ship quickly. However, some delays—such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, product availability, or payment verification issues—are outside our control. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with our courier partners to get your package delivered quickly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed to the courier, Reshara is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your package is missing, please contact support@reshara.com. We’ll help you investigate by following up with the courier and guiding you through their claims process.

In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver your package. If the package is not recovered, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement. Filing a police report may be recommended for stolen packages.
